I was in NYC with a dead atm card. I had to take a cash advance. (yes I have more options now, I was about 20 at the time and on business at the last minute).
All I got back was my overdrafts covered.

You got burned by a credit card autopayment?
I never have and would always recommend people use this method for cc's.

The only people who get burned are those who use "BillPay" from their bank instead of setting up auto debit from the credit card company directly.
