Is not only very healthy for you but it also makes a great lubricant. :cool:

Just think... it smells like coconut, tastes like pure coconut, is 100% edible, and works well as lube....

Thought I'd pass that onto those of you with significant others... :D

You've never heard of 100% Virgin Olive Oil? Same idea, but done with Coconut Oil instead.

i don't know if that is very safe for the uh... inside of a woman. it sounds like a good idea, in theory. maybe i will ask my gynocologist.
I like water-based instead.

As for "Virgin" oil, it's just the stuff that gets pressed out first when they go to process the fruit. Extra virgin is the first stuff, virgin is next, rest is just "normal".

Well, the person that told me about has been using it for years and she hasn't had any problems. :)

i dunno... i will try, but i would think it gets *really* messy.
too much coconut eaten acts as a laxitaive too! just an fyi!
