FX57 dfi nf4 939........120mm 7700 zalman fan heatsink....temps about 45c
cpu voltage aprox 1.54 volts am i in the safe range with the voltage and my FX57

You 'should' be ok. I would definitely not go any higher than that on air cooling. Otherwise, you should be ok.
