I saved and saved and saved and finally got the goods... but for some reason, the numbers are in the toilet (in my opinion). I would like the Hardware powers that be to have a look and tell me what may be going wrong... I just know I should be getting higher scores... I will try to be as thorough as possible in describing the setup, so if its overkill, im sorry.
As far as overclocking goes, I wouldnt consider myself a Noob, I have been playing with it for a while, and know pretty much I'd say a decent amount of what there is to know ( i better, da**it) so I am just really stumped on this one.

Hopefully if I can resolve this issue, it will benefit other people in their setups.

The Setup....
Athlon FX-57 @ 3150
OCZ EL DDR PC-4000 Gold GX XTC 2GB Dual Channel
a8n Sli Premium 1009
2x80GB Dell Licensed Raptors in Raid0 (check these on Dell Business, they are actually cheaper than the reg. raptors, and u get 10 more gigs)

Timing Mode: Manual
Memclock index value: 400 mhz
Cas latency (TCL) : 3
Min ras active time (TRAS) : 8
Ras to Cas delay (TRCD) : 4
Row precharge time (TRP) : 3
Row Cycle time (TRC) : 16
Row refresh cycle time (TRFC) :22
Read-to-write time (TRWT) : 3
Write recovery time (TWR) : 3
1T/2T memory timing : 1t
S/W Dram over 4gb remapping : Disabled
H/W Dram over 4gb remapping : Disabled

Hyper transport frequency : 4
Amd K8 Cool'nQuiet : Disabled

Overclock profile: Manual
CPU frequency : 200
PCI Express : 100mhz
DDR voltage : 2.8
Chipset voltage : 1.6
HT voltage : 1.25
CPU multiplier : 15
CPU voltage : 1.500
PCI clock syncronization mode : 33.33mhz

Now, I have a zalman fan blowing on the Ram, an xp-120 keeping my CPU @ 25c. Its in a ThermalTake Armor Case with more 120 fans than I know what to do with and a very good 620W OCZ PS. The two 7800 gt's are a chilly 33c while idle.

I feel that I could be getting more out of my system, and hopefully someone out there has a similar setup, or maybe some new ideas to help me really tune this biatch to really take off. I can offer a month of FTP access to anyone that can successfully point me in the right direction :)
But yeah. Any progress I make I will of course post here so that others can use the info.

You've probably already done this, but worth a shot... drivers, drivers, drivers.
Check to make sure your bios is up to date, next of course is chipset drivers, followed by video drivers
** note: this is after you uninstall current drivers
Lets start here and post after you give it a shot, good luck and congrats on the build

drivers...and run pcmark04/05 and the older 3dmarks, then compare scores to what other athlon fx-57 people are getting.

and whats up with the dell raptors? any difference besides "more space"?

I don't think the Dell raptors are 80gb. I did a search and they had the 74gb one for like 50 bucks more than what's sold at stores. I don't think you have 2 x 80gb RAPTORS FYI.

computergeek22, aka retard goat arse knocker .....................Regarding a post made on NYE, and your doubt as to the size of my 80 gb raptors, all I can say to you is, get your facts right before you post in a permanent forum that will make you look like an idiot for as long as the thread remains up. If you go and look on dells site, I mean, really look around, you will find them. 10k rpm 80gb raptors. Of course, due to dell branding, the do not specifically say "raptor" but when you look at the drive like I am now, in my hands, the serial numbers are of the same denotations as teh standard 74gb raptors, which just so happen to be in my other hand.
you stand corrected you ****** idiot douchebag have a nice day, and be sure to lick your motherboard before you go to sleep tonight!

Wow, why so hostile?

I too have some doubts about WD making special 80GB raptors for dell. How much would it cost them to make entirely different drives just for one company. I also seems wierd that they would be different capacity so different platters, maybe different PCB because of it, and they would still have the same serial number as a 74GB.

Not saying it's not possible...sounds like something is off, though.

All would have been solved by just posting a link.... we are here to help each other. And I just looked at Dell's site for a few minutes and dont see it. So if you could shed some light on it and help us get some cheap 10k rpm drives it would be nice.

the problem with the Dell Raptors is warranty. They don't give you the same 5 year deal that WD does if i recall.

Well, something doesn't add up in your original post. You say your running 3150mhz, but you say CPU freq is 200mhz and CPU multi is 15x. Which is it, are you running 3150mhz or 200x15=3000mhz.

And your high dollar ram is totally going to waste. 200mhz at 3-4-3-8 is horrible, value ram can do better. I would suggest dropping the CPU multi and cranking the HT up to take advantage of you ram, or at least tighten up the timings if your going to keep it at stock 200mhz
