fx5600 memory speed

My leadtek a310td fx5600 256 mb card states the clock rate is 324 mhz which is ok but the memory rate is 501 mhz, I thought the standard rates were 325 mhz clock speed and 550 mhz memory speed for the fx5600 cards.Hoping someone can reply to my question, as if this card is defective i cav exchange it.

according to the ones i see at newegg, they are supposed to be clocked at 325. maybe you are think of a 5600ultra?

The 256mb XFX 5600 also has a 325mhz core and 500mhz memory speed, it seems some of the 256mb versions of the 5600 cards are clocked slower than the 128mb versions. It's been done before remember with the GF4 Ti4200 (before the 8x versions appeared), the 128mb versions being clocked slower than the 64mb versions.
