FX 57..Where is it ?

Since the X2's are now becoming available June 7th, well before the Intel dualcore D (June 24th or so) I wonder if the FX-57 was pushed back for X2 production. After all, the FX-55 is still the fastest single core processor (obviously video editing and multitasking are a mix with Intel stuff) so why produce a FX-57 at the expense of the X2's?

Since Intel still doesn't have a real answer for the FX-55, why not AMD take their time getting the FX-57 right? San Diego 3700+ chips top out real close to 2.8 ghz air which would have to be the stock speed of the FX-57. With a little time, they could improve their yields so that there aren't any embarassing manufacturing problems.
