FVUCK! think i picked up a virus...

i uninstalled it from my add/remove programs, no idea how i got it.

now it wont get out of my task bar, when i open the program up it says "enter password", i have no idea what the pw is, am i SOL?

anybody know what this is? do i need to reformat? i don't even have an external HDD to backup my ~70GBS of music/movies.
