my rule: she pays for teh wedding dress if its over 2K. I pay for my suit and for the boys. The wedding is slpit down teh middle.

Its 50/50 with me.

My ideal wedding: getting married in shorts or whatever with no fancy ceremony (like vi_edit's sandals resort wedding) and get it over with a reception.

it costs a ton. thank God our parents helped out as much as they did.

most ridiculous expense: limo-bus to bring bridal party to church & take wedding party to pictures / reception. total time spent in it: ~20 minutes
