For the life of me I couldn't figure this out. I work for UPS, and sometimes can figure out a reason why the mistake happened, although in most cases its because UPS hires a bunch of retards who don't care, myself excluded. But I couldn't see CA on there anywhere. I know realize in this case UPS was not the mistaken one.
