i dont think that was the point of the OP's rant.
anyway, if it is ordered without cheese, it should come without cheese. failing that... an apology is in order and the right order needs to be made on the fly.

a manager should have sorted this out in less than 10 minutes. but head office will send free coupons after a phone call.

I stopped eating Taco Bell when I couldn't get grilled chicken.. Now its in that red sauce and i hate it.

crappy food + crappy service = fast food 😉

going to my local BK drive through is like playing a game, because I never quite know what I'll get in the bag after they take my order. but there's not too much on the menu that I don't like, so I don't mind. it adds some humor to a day. heh.
 
I've got sort of a different take on fast food places.
I've noticed that it's a chore for these zit faced retards to so much as put a straw in the bag. 9 out of 10 orders is fvcked up, I can count on it as sure as the sun will come up tomorrow.
I've set my mind to the fact that I can't have it my way.
Who's stupider? The guy who can't put a straw in the bag, or the guy who asks the guy who can't put a straw in the bag to make him two cheeseburgers with no cheese and xtra mayo, one burger no onions, two burgers with no tomatoes.
It's best to roll up to the sign, and when they say "Welcome to the only place I can get a job, can I help you?", reply saying "Just look around and put some food in a bag, I don't care what it is. Make sure there's a straw. How much do I owe you?"
I honest to God avoid these places when my patience is short. It's not worth the aggravation.
 
For the most part, Arby's has been great to me as far as fast food places go. Wendy's too. You can usually tell which places are good and which aren't. Wendy's was wearing much nicer headsets than say a Burger King employee. Wendy's has awards on their walls. Arby's has employee of the month awards I think. Managers always on duty is nice, I don't think I ever see a manager at Taco Bell.
 
Taco Bell is the fastest fast food joint here. I order stuff and get it within a couple minutes. And I order items with no beans, no fiesta salsa all the time 🙂

And if they ever screw up, they almost always either give me two Caramel Apple Empadas (which I don't really like) or Cinnatwists 🙂
 
Umm... it doesnt sound good, but if they took 57 mins, im sure a few of those ended up getting some special treatment 🙁

Exactly. Who knows what was done to that food. OP is crazy if he ate the stuff.

Although whenever I do eat fastfood I try to keep it really simple for them...
Talk to fast or order something to complex and they're lost...
My orders usually consists of only a couple of things anyway...

I've never had much of a problem with Taco Bell. I can understand your frustration, but after 15 minutes or so you should have simply asked for your money back and left.
 
First, I must say they deserve what is coming to them.

Second, I must say people who want non-standard orders are asking trouble... 😀
