I made a boot up disk that is able to read NTFS and able to see my files. But still unable to retrieve it. So I pull a harddrive out from another computer connected as my C drive and boot it up from the floppy and now I can copy my folders to my C drive.

It's time consuming and its copying right now... I hope everything works though.

They are absolute MAGICIANS!

They weren't able to recover the data on my 2nd partition. It disappeared when I tried to merge the 2 partitions.

hahaha.. well my pr0n didn't reject me :) I finally recovered all my files. Now I just have to figure out how to install programs in win32 mode instead of dos mode. what I mean is that I have some programs that I stored on the computer for easy installations.. like counter strike's updates. But when I click on them now it wants to run in dos mode and it will give me "program too big to fit in memory" msg. Has anyone experience these before? It seems like it changed some of my programs to open in dos :( how can i change that? I went into control panal and folder option and view files but can't change over there. any ideas?

The three most important things you should do with your computer are backup, backup and backup.

That's my sermon for today.

BTW, I've never had a problem with PM.
