Well PayPal finally works...but I can't withdraw my money to my second bank account! Anyone else have this problem? I have two bank accounts on record with PayPal and I'm trying to withdraw some of my money to my second bank account. However every time I click on the drop down list and select my second bank account, it goes back to the first (confirmed) account...anyone else having this problem?
