Fvck Parking Tickets!!!!!!!!!

So here is my dilemma. I recieved a parking ticket on 12/8/05. On 1/07/05 I paid the ticket. I punched in the ticket number online and it pulled it up. Now he is the messy part. When you punch in a ticket number or any ticket you have it pulls up all tickets on your account (lisense #) and gives you the option to pay for that ticket or check off which other tickets to pay. Well there was only one ticket on the account for $43 (20+23late) which i proceeded to pay

I also took a screen shot of the account with date and time showing that there were no other tickets on the account. 0 !!

I THOUGHT I WAS GOOD. NO OTHER TICKETS TO PAY

Fast foward

I got a notice in the mail today saying that I owe them for two other late tickets which i never knew about and dont have the tickets either because ive never seen them. Well i plugged in the notice number and sure enough up come two tickets for both 12/14 and 12/22 which is is bs as no other tickets were on the account on 1/7 as my screenshot proves.



Well I was getting paperwork together and looking at the number on the account from screenshot!! "The account goes by liscnese".... ex) ticket 4543435 of account PAEX####

From looking at it i realized the IDIOT who wrote the ticket must have put the wrong Lisence # on the ticket or something illegible because the account shows PAEX6##9. My liscense # is PAEX6##1.

Thats why i never knew about the other tickets which as i said ive never seen. So when i plugged in the ticket notice numbers the account PAEX##1 came up and there were the tickets!!!!!!








Well I refuse to pay these other two because I thought my account was emtpy not even realizing it was the wrong liscense.



UNDERSTAND??? WHAT WOULD YOU DO????? Im getting a hearing. Do you think this inconsistacy will let me beat these tickets. My dad thinks ill have to pay.

Well if this is the case according to thier records I paid someone elses ticket so i want a credit

1. I get parking ticket on 12/08/05

2. I go to pay parking ticket on 1/07/06 with late fee (20+23 late). I plug in ticket number showing all tickets on my account listed under my liscense number. Only one ticket. I pay. I take screen shot showing only one ticket. I think im all good

3. I get notice today showing 2 unpaid ticket from 12/14, 12/22.

4. I punch in ticket number from notice and 2 tickets are unpaid. WTF!!! There were none on 1/7/05.

5. I realize the 2 tickets are for my liscense, while the ticket i paid was a wrong liscene number and not my account (PAEX6##9) hence only one ticket on the account!!! Mine is PAEX6##1. Im not paying late fee's because they screwed up my liscnese number and I only thought i had one ticket.

6. The notice had the other ticket numbers and I plugged them in and it pulled up my right account with liscense showing the tickets.

7. Problem is i didnt get the other 2 and you cant pull up your account by lisense

So which ticket is really yours. The one you paid or the two that they brought up? I think it should be fair to get credit if you paid for a ticket that wasn't yours.

seriously , in your case i agree that you need to go talk to the court and get things straightened out. you don't have to pay other people's tickets

Yes. I paid for a ticket that wasnt mine prolly cause they put the wrong lisence down from my car into thier system but what im saying is, because of this I thought i was in the clear when i pulled up that parking ticket because i didnt see any other tickets on my account. This is because it was the wrong account!!!!

So did you get those other tickets or not? I'm confused. If they were actually for YOUR vehicle and poor parking habits, then you will have to pay them unless the judge is just in a good mood.

Parking violations keep the roads safer and meters simply make money for the city and keep people from double-parking. When a cop writes a ticket, the judge knows it's all about revenue at this point and you're screwed 90+% of the time once the ticket is issued.

NO!!! Ive have no clue where those tickets are hence me thinking i was all good when i punched in the one ticket i had and it showed no tickets
