WTF!? do you have any common sense???? who cares what her personality is?!?! get her information, period.

fvck.........damnit! I should've done that. I thought I can get her insurance info from her license plate.

You can... If she did a hit and run, and failed to provide it. You *might* be able to still file a report saying she was confrontational or something... You really screwed the pooch by letting her go, though.

He makes a good point and I'm sure he can read. Aparently you can't drive. If she hit the rear of your car that means you were already passing behind her and would only have needed to speed up rather than stopping to honk and getting hit. Asshat.

Ever been in an accident?

Post about it, I'm SURE I can think of a way you could have avoided it, which by your logic means you can't drive.

These things happen. It's obviously her fault. No need to insult the OP.

Besides, how do you know he WASN'T accelerating, which is why she hit the rear of his car rather than the middle? It's not like your average car can go 0-lightspeed in two seconds...

I didn't ask her for the insurance info(I can tell, she is a b1tch, not good for me to argue with her), I wrote down her license plate instead. what should I do now? do I file a police report? I don't think she will has my license plate. it was raining and she was sitting in her car.

well, you SHOULD have gotten her insurance information:roll:

Since it was on private property, the cops can't do jack to either of you. Nothing will come of this. Be glad there was no damage, since there's no way you'll be filing a claim on her insurance. At least she didn't get your info either...

word you're a fvcking sissy, scared to get her info because you can TELL shes a b1tch? LOL LOSER

WTF!! This chick backed into me today. She was a gurl and I was ascared and stuffz. Should I tell my Mommy?

No, loser: Just pretend it never happened. Next week when your ride starts making all kinds of funky noises and stalls, just pretend that never happened too.
