FVCK! got hit by a b17ch that was backing up

what a bad day to begin with. I went to the school parking lot to get my car. as I was leaving the parking lot driving less than 10mph, this b1tch on my passenger side was backing up without looking. I saw she was coming and I honked!

the b1tch still hit my car. my rear passenger side panel got hit. :|:|:|
there seems to be no damge, I can see my rim also got hit.

she tried to blame it on me saying that I was going too fast in the parking lot? 😕++

I didn't ask her for the insurance info(I can tell, she is a b1tch, not good for me to argue with her), I wrote down her license plate instead. what should I do now? do I file a police report? I don't think she will has my license plate. it was raining and she was sitting in her car.

Since it was on private property, the cops can't do jack to either of you. Nothing will come of this. Be glad there was no damage, since there's no way you'll be filing a claim on her insurance. At least she didn't get your info either...

Not a chance in hell. It happened on private property, you got NOTHING.

License plate is only good in the hands of someone who CAN use it to look up personal info (AKA a cop), and they won't do that unless they have a good reason (there was a hit and run or something).

Yeah you really blew it on this one. To get her info from the plate, you would need to call the police. Except then you are basically saying, "Hello police, I was in an accident and I did not report it". The cops are not going to be very sympathetic, probably write you up for being stupid then not give you her information anyway.

Some 80+ year old guy backed into my parked car a few months ago. I was sitting in the driver's seat reading a newspaper waiting for someone. I saw him trying to parallel park. No damage, but when I asked for his name, and insurance, he yelled at me for giving him a hard time and being a young adolescent with nothing else to do but cause trouble. (Im 22 btw).

I asked him real calmly and nicely too!. He continuously refused to give me any info. So, i took down the license plate and reported it to the police. I dont know if anything happened. This was on a street - so public property.
