Agreed, I tried to purchase my 6800GT from dell on 11/22, when it was in stock. They STILL would not have shipped it. I ordered from Outpost last monday and it was here thursday. Stupid DELL. :|

I just don't get why they're such douchebags. My dad has easily spent 18-20 hours on the phone with them since we first bought my sister's laptop for college. The only reason he went with Dell was because it was ranked highest in customer support and satisfaction in Consumer Reports.

No shens, there's an apt building next to where I live. Actually my buddy owns it. The people just moved in. DHL misdelivered it and went to reclaim it (he actually handed this guy the packages) and the guy denied it. The cops got involved, the guy pretended he wasn't home so the cops consulted with their supervisor then opened his truck. There was a blanket in back with my stuff underneath it. This is the short version, the long version is funnier and more entertaining.

I want to hear the long version

1) Call up cursing and screaming stating that you were disconnected 3-4 times
2) Ask for a level three technician
3) Hope your problem is solved...
