Fuzzy image with shadows

I am using a Diamond Monster3D II (Voodoo2 w/ 8Mb RAM). The card didn't come with a pass-thru cable so I bought a 6ft long one at a local store.

I don't know how to improve the image quality and solve the problem of some shadows behind everything.

I would like to get a shorter pass thru cable or the original cable by Diamond or other manufacturer. I have no luck finding one yet.

Can anyone give me some suggestion on this?

The V2 is very sensible to cable lengt and quality. I think the only cure is tp get a hold of an original V2 cable. Isn't there a forum here at anandtech for 2:nd hand stuff? You might find what you are looking for there.
