This has happened before in my old GF 2 card, switched to a 8500, but radeon drivers suck 
Anyhow, anyone else get problems when going FULL SCREEN with progs such as windvd/xing? Strangely, not going full screen will cause no fuzziness. Forgot how I stopped this problem back then with my old card.
Anyhow, just odd to see that nvidia's tool for "switching" from viewing the monitor to TV-out is still sh!tty as hell - no improvements AT ALL.
