I'm thinking about purchasing a notebook sometime soon and I was looking at the Dell Inspiron 6000. But before I do order, I just wanted to read up on future releases of notebooks by Dell or other manafacturers. Is there a site that follows press releases or somehow keeps tabs with the manafacturers and knows their tentative release schedule?
 
Notebooks are gonna get the new Yonah in a few months....I would bet Dell and Sagar-type laptops would get it first.

1. Dell doesn't get anything "first"..... Intel releases their procs to major OEM's at the same time.

2. All your major vendors will be making their announcements in January, with shipping product beginning in February. Look for some sneak peeks at CES in Vegas the first week of January.

3. Primary new thing???? Single and dual core yonah's (CORE), 64bit, and more intergrated cellular WAN options/models.

Yonah isn't 64bit, but yes, it is the next big thing for laptops in a month or so.
