That would definitely be a nice addition, but I'd want them to add this feature without compromising the solid build of an iPod. I don't want to feel a flimsy battery cover or anything like that.

But yet you can deal with an ipods battery lifespan of 1 year and sending it in for repair?

I have a creative zen micro, so i cant speak for other mp3 players but the battery cover is a pretty thick plastic that fits snugly.

What? I never said that. I AGREED that the replaceable battery would be a nice addition. I just don't want a replaceable battery to make the iPod feel flimsy.
 
Voice control.

Supposedly, the next generation of iPods will have a full-size touchscreen with text-to-speech for the songs. I just wish you could train it to your voice, so it could play, pause, change volume, go to certain playlists, songs, anything.
