Fuse question.

The UPS says it needs a 20A, 125V fuse.

Radio Crack didn't have the 125V version, only the 250V version. Should it work? Well, I know it will work, but if it gets a surge, will it hurt it?
 
As long as it's a 15A 250V it will work. The voltage just tells how much it can stand. The amp rating is when it burns out, which you want to stay the same.
 
As far as I know the amperage is the important part. You can go over on the voltage (but not under). It is virtually impossible to find 125V fuses in local stores - they are almost always 250V. A more important aspect that you didn't mention is the fuse speed. Does it need to be fast acting, or time-delayed to function properly?

Yeah, make sure if you need a slo-blo or regular fuse. Basically, if it doesn't specifically specify slo-blo just get a regular one. Voltage rating doesn't matter. You use the same 250V fuses on 12VDC if you're fusing it.
 
I got the fast acting... and I already tried it and everything seems fine... (until a surge 😀)
