Further proof that LA people are sissies when it comes to rain

It's been raining practically non-stop for the past several days, but today was a little better with just light to moderate showers all day long.

So, today then I walk into my math class at around 3, and there's a message on the board directed toward the previous class which said:

"Stat 110B 2-2:50 with Professor whoshisface is cancelled due to weather".

😕

the pepperdine campus is closed today

and you are a dumbass because u think people are "afraid" of the rain..

I hope you know there were mudslides, flood in lots of places

:music:The itsy bitsy SPIDER went up the water spout!
out came the rain and washed the SPIDER out!
Out came the sun and dried up all the rain
so the itsy bitsy SPIDER went up the spout again! :music:

There could be 10" of snow outside, and my school bus was still right on time. They only canceled school if the windchill was <30 below.

I was typing it out, when i said screw it. Hit reply, and saw I was too slow. First thing that popped into my head was that song.

well maybe the professor lives in coldwater canyon or topanga canyon or laurel canyon and can't get out . . . the FD's in those areas are not letting people go down those roads!
