Okay, so I just replaced several parts in my computer.
I went from a C2Q and GTS 250 to a Pentium G3258 and an R9 290x.
I have a Xigmatek 750w PSU that came with the computer when I bought it (second-hand, someone else put it together).
Now, my drivers have been updated, but when I run Furmark at any setting my computer immediately shuts down and reboots.
However, when playing games there aren't any issues...not yet any ways. I've been running Tomb Raider and Assassin's Creed IV for the last few hours and it's fine. No issues with temperatures or anything.
I know that Furmark puts around the maximum possible strain on the GPU, and therefore the PSU.
Should I replace my PSU with a more reliable one? And if so, what should I consider?
