I was poking around some job listings, and take a look at this... pretty bad in general, but the last sentence says it all (or rather spells it all):

***** Document Procesisng is seeking an individual to assist in our Real Estate Title document processing department. This is a full-time position,from Monday - Friday shift Individual must be able to read, write, and speak English proficiently, must be detailed oriented, mulit-taskful and have a can do attitude. Posistion also requires induvudual to drive, experiance is not nessacery we will traing.

Oh yes, job candidates must read, write, and speak english proficiently, but the HR dept. shouldn't! 😛
