Yeah, I though it was "WE TODD DID" as well.

Anyway, I first heard this phrase about two years ago back in high school when some students were passing a note around class that said the phrase above. The teacher confiscated the note and as punishment read it out loud to the whole class. The thing is he didn't get it for a while. It was quite the joke of the school for a few days.
