Funny booting

Heya

I got a strange booting with my computer, every time it has been turned off I can't make it start, when I try to start it starts for a few seconds and then turns off.
to be able to enter windows, I have to reset BIOS every time before I start my PC before it will enter Windows and besides that it runs rockstable.
What can be the reason for this strange booting?

Is it a new build? Full system specs might help those, that might help you 😉

If it's a new build with one WD PATA HDD, remove the jumper on the HDD.

Well, it is the report file, there is my system. 😀
The problem started after my comouter freezed after Red Alert

This may be a stupid comment, but make sure the power button isn't getting stuck when you press it to turn on. I have a computer that acted similar. It turned out the power button was not releasing out when I pressed it in to turn on.

Anope, it is not that, as I said, only when I reset BIOS will it boot 🙂
