Funniest thing I've seen in a while

Where is this and can I go there? Any society that allows snot-nosed brats to be physically assaulted for our amusement is truly enlightened and I wish to be part of their culture.

Honestly it looked like the kid was doing it on purpose, in which case any funny you think you saw evaporates. Look at the 3rd "hit" where he reacts even though the thing barely grazes him. Then look at the 5th or 6th hit where he leans into it.
