Just happened.. no clue what to do.
Computer froze so I turned it off via power button.
Press power again to turn it back on .. case lights up, fans start spinning, motherboard code reads FF (normal) ... but wait ... no display!
Moniter still reads "power saving mode- activate using PC", which basically means my computer is, erm, off.
Bad moniter? Something wrong with the PC itself? Checked all the connections and none of them are loose... not really sure what to blame.
Its 1:24am but next morning I guess i'll haul another moniter up there to test.
In the meantime, any ideas at all are appreciated 🙂
Edit: After a couple tries, I think the problem actually is that the motherboard isn't posting, which would be worse than I thought. No beeps coming from it at startup. Still displays the "everything is fine" code though?
Options? Suggestions?
