to start a gang we'll need someone who is level 30 with a bunch of points, or about 25 mil to buy one

You can buy points on the market or you can click on his ad's, they're buried somewhere in the options. If you sign up you get points. Nothing requires a CC, just a spam email account.

There's the point offers section, but I tried ALL the links, and the only on that works no longer does it. :(

Lucky. I can't get any of the links to work. Also, from what I've been reading, it seems that it makes you sign up to your house address for somethings, am I right? Then this would be US only? If so, that's not fair :(

Apparently they're not needed until around lvl 15, for which then, it is used to make a cart, so that you can race.

I can't wait to reach ~lvl 20. At 2 right now :(

apparently the fix is to go to www.hobowars.com instead of just hobowars.com. The latter brings you to ww2... which is having problems.
