Fun things to do on a road trip?

Helping a friend move cross-country next week. Schedule is 4 days of driving, 10 hours a day. We have radio, an MP3 collection, and some audio books. Any other suggestions for staying awake and entertained on the trip?

pick up some comedy CDs. Mitch Headberg, Eddie Izzard or even Henry Rollins Think Tank.

Yea, comedy cd's are great. Brings you into it instead of just music that you tend to just space out after a while.

Don't forget an inverter and a laptop for the passenger.

Oh, and porn?

You could have an Ipecac competition a la Family Guy.

Inverter+laptop for passenger (who is also in charge of keeping you awake) is a good idea.

Also, depending on how strong you are at long-distance driving, I'd consider making that a 3-day trip.

Lots of Water

Make a person drink as much as he/she can, and time how long it takes before that person NEEDS to go to the bathroom to the point of wetting him/herself

I've tried this. Worst feeling ever.

Yeah I picked up a better inverter from Walmart for my laptop. Do all cars use the same fuses? I want to make sure we're set in case we blow something 😀 It's in a U-Haul truck.

Unless they're REALLY old and use buss fuses, yeah, they're standard.

Of course, this is a U-haul, so...
