True story though, there's this guy I used to work with who would always come in and check his voicemail on speakerphone so everyone could hear it, so I worked out his voicemail password by listening to the tones. We have one of those systems where you just record your name and it does all the outgoing messages for you.
It was about a month before he found out that his outgoing voicemail greeting was:
"The person you are trying to reach ... LEEROOOOOYYYYYY JENNNNKINNNNNNS!!!! ... is not available, please leave a message after the tone"

This one takes prep but is great for getting at your less computer savvy folks:
Get a copy of their wallpaper.
Use javascript to generate an error message popup window in your browser such as "File Error: "File \MyDocuments\PORNSTAR.JPG" is in use by another program and can not be deleted. Please close all programs and try again."
Use screen capture to capture the error message. Trim to size and paste on top of the copy of the wallpaper image.
Load the new wallpaper image back onto the victim's machine. Set as new wallpaper.
