The game is kind of screwed up. Sometimes, even though an hour has passed, it won't let me challenge another team.

I think you just get them. I'm not doing anything special. It seems like I get ~5000 sp every hour for free.

edit: I wonder how long that other team can control the town. They're around the 5 or 6 top team.

edit2: On the hours, Spoon received a bonus of ~25000 sp. Ghoulish received a bonus of ~7000.
