I thought it was kind of enjoyable finding the solution(s) to this one. It kinda shows just how geeky it is in Silicon Valley. A couple months ago, a white billboard went up here with only the following on it:

Within a week, a bunch of geeks solved it, and the solution is already all over the internet. So, if you want to have some fun, try to solve it without doing a google search.

I googled it, and it looks quite interesting. Just not highly technical.

I'm pretty sure it'd be a cinch with mathematica... but, I'm not going to re-install it just for that.
I was amused though, after you make it to the .com site from the bulletin board, if you look at the page source, it includes the comment "no help here"

No, now that I think about it... I *may* be able to get it with mathematica.... I'm sure I could find a function with those 4 values.. I'm not sure I'd have THE function they're using though.

hey, I've seen that billboard in Seattle.

It made me curious, but I was always too tired after work to actually find it.
