am I missing something? I knock all the blocks off and it does not tell me I failed or completed the level. Are you supposed to do a level in one shot?

check the score in the upper right. Once you meet the minimum score needed a "NEXT" button appears at the bottom right.

Couple hints, the size of the ball directly impacts the score. For instance, you start with 0/100 score. You size the ball to 10, score becomes -10/100 before scoring any of the blocks. Keep that in mind.
