Fun Games to Play at a LAN Party?

The problem I've found is there are so many games out there not everyone is going to have everyone the other person has. MP Demos and Free (Enemy Territory, America's Army, etc.) are great games to play. I'm looking for some good games to bring to the party. Some I don't even know if they exist or not.

HL2 or Counter Strike Source (v2) MP Demo?
Need for Speed Series MP Demo?

Check the sticky, lots of free games. Setup a scorched 3D server on the LAN and play that, it's a classic.
