I like this game! but.. I don't like having to redig every time I need to stop playing..

are there other games like this that are more saveable? I don't find all that many games I really like.. I don't like to shoot stuff. I can live with shooting stuff but really dislike games where the stuff shoots back. there is no shooting stuff or shooting back stuff in this game. it is.. nearly perfect, except for that whole.. you can never leave thing. to be perfect, you need to be able to leave, now and then.

There's nothing wrong with losing your shafts. The game respawns lots and lots of ore, including silver and gold. When you get too many shafts or get down too far for it to not be annoying having to fly all the way back up, just save and quit. Then reload.

The good stuff gets going after 2k or so and makes it worth it.

Start to get quite a few relics and such that give 5k or 10k right away too.

Alse make one long path so you can drop and fly straight up.

Had one going for 3k straight till I had to quite

anyone know how to avoid getting killed by the gas pockets? it's so random and very annoying when i collected so much emerald only to unexpectedly explode. i had the $100,000 radiator but that didnt help. would a better hull help?

I had a full einsteinium hull (the 100k one) and i exploded. I don't think theres anything that can prevent gas pockets, they are not visible unlike the lava beds (dont drill into one of these) perhaps the 500k hull can prevent gas explosions?

nothing will prevent them, you just got to have the best hull and radiator, and lots of healing pods.

yes, you can get hit probably about 4 times before you die. I haven't tested just how many it takes, but that should be pretty close.

well i took the easy route and bought like 150 dynamites. i went down to 4000ft and then just kept using dynamites. kept me away from the gas pockets. got down to the bottom. now how do you beat "him?"
