Fullscreen web browsing with IE?

I am a fan of full screen web browsing...but i had a quick question, when I set it to full screen mode, only the navigational menu shows up (forward, backward, refresh, etc.) Is there anyway to get the address bar on there too..I have fiddled around but have been unable to find a solution...
