Full screen low res scaling on LCD with Radeon?

What was that tweaker that allows automatic resolution detection/switching on Flat Panels when playing games/using software on Radeon?

Like 800 x 600 full screening with 1280 x 1084 LCD?

Most if not all LCDs have the resolution scaling chips built into them. However this image will degrade off of the native resolution.

Acutally back when Planar 17.4 was at hot deals there was a discussion that Radeon users needed to use a "tweak" program to enable auto full screen scaling for lower resolution gaming.

Coulnd't find the thread, was wondering if anyone remembered the program.
