Hey all,

I'm updating a bunch of old laptops for work and they all use Office 2000. For each one I've got to DL the f-ing update program, let it DL the actual updates, and THEN put the f-in CD in so it will be able to update.

Anyone got a direct, full update package that DOESN'T need the CD? Or know where to get one? I looked on MS' site, but came up empty handed :(

Thanks!

Should eliminate the need to download the updates each time I think, not sure whether you'll need the CD each time though. You'll need SR1 before you can put SP3 on

I think that should do it, thanks!! I hope I don't need the CD w/that SR-1 DL, its a PITA, but it better than having to DL it each time. THX!!

For future reference, the Service Pack splash page is an excellent URL to have handy (all the above URLs can be found from that single splash page).
