Has MS made it available yet, or the only way to get it the web download version still? Have had to install it on a few client computers and sick of having to wait while it downloads on the 56K'ers. Thx.
 
Its always been available to download in full when it was released.

Run the ie6setup.exe, agree to license agreement, choose install minimal, or customize your browser.. click next, choose Advance and select Download Only.
