That's a great price for a 5mp digital camera.

it's a nice camera, too... bought for my son last time it was on sale and he has no complaints... he's a point and shooter, so it's possible that the camera is light on some features, but it takes nice basic pics...

Thanks OP. I told my sister-in-law about this. She was looking for a camera for her son less than $150.

I bought my mom the 4.1MP version....

The view finder on my Canon A510 was way brighter and clearer, and I did not like the lens guard, felt plastic and cheap to me.

However.....

It has been a great performer for her, easy to use, and takes good pics.

Good find for those in the market!
