Nice price, cheapest posted previously was around $139 at Overstock.com ( i think ). The one knock against the camera that I keep hearing is that it has no lens cover, for what it's worth.

It's a pretty good price on a fairly good camera, I have the 2600 which has been good to me...
although it says it's refurbished...and I'd recommend getting a camera with an optical zoom.

I own this camera and it has been a very good starter camera. It does NOT have lense cover which can be an issue if it is raining or humid. That is the only bad thing I can say about. Nice sharp pictures when using the higher resolutions, no drivers needed for Win XP. There was some basic software shipeed but I never installed it. For $119 I consider it a good deal.

Thanks Teekster!

I have this camera and use it everyday for work for the past seven months. No problems to speak of. Haven't run into any problems with the lack of a lens cover. The pictures are pretty good quality. The lack of an optical zoom kind of sucks, but what do you expect at this price. The digital zoom only works at the lowest resolution setting. Really a pretty good basic camera, I would recommend it especially at this price.
