I think for "entrapment" you'd need to have put pieces of raw steak inside the cartons, and be waiting in hiding with your dog. Your very large, very hungry dog.

After hurricane Andrew there was also looting, which did stop after some were shot & the cops, NG, Army & Navy restablished law & order. (I don't remember if the Marines were here)

There were signs people spray painted on their damaged properties, some samples I recall:
"Looters will be shot"
"You loot, we shoot"
"Loot 'n Shoot"
and my favorite:
"There's nothing left to loot, but we will still shoot"

What a mess! Hope these folks get stabilized soon.

may favorite is still..trepassers will be shot..survivors will be shot again!

When Hong Kong flooded a couple years ago, the triads actually provided humanitarian aid to make sure everyone was ok. Ditto for Japan after some of the bigger earthquakes.
