FTP w/ SSL and Hostname for passive conn.

Looking for recommendations on FTP server software that can do SSL and use a hostname for the passive connection IP setting?
 
Yeah.... old protocols all have really well written free apps with lots of support. I could not get FileZilla server to work as a server on my home pc though.... setting up a VPN was actually easier. 😵
