Im trying out the ftp server that IIS has and it works on my local network just fine. The problem is that people outside my little network cant access it. They can connect but they can not get the directory info. Here is what people on the outside see after they connect:
230-Welcome to Epyon's FTP server. dont screw around!
230 User **** logged in.
SYST
215 Windows_NT version 5.0
REST 100
350 Restarting at 100.
REST 0
350 Restarting at 0.
PWD
257 "/" is current directory.
TYPE A
200 Type set to A.
PORT 192,168,1,104,10,106
500 Invalid PORT Command.

I forwarded the port that my ftp server is on to my computer so I have no idea why this doesnt work
