ftp server for win2k

Does anyone know of a good SIMPLE ftp client I can use with win2k? I was something very simple that fits in cleanly with win2k. I don't want to have to create new user accounts for the server. I would like for it to use the accounts from the OS. I'm using the telnet server that comes with win2k, and I like it. I would like an ftp server along the same lines running as a service.

Win2k also has an FTP server that comes along in the same package. That should work, since it does use the accounts used by the OS.
 
Where is the one that comes with Win2k? The telnet server service I found in the services program, but I didn't see any ftp server located there. Does it get setup somewhere different?
 
I'm not sure if it sets up by default. You may have to go to add/remove programs to add it manually under windows components. Its under IIS.
