That is the really only way to explain it, it does this EVERY TIME, the upload speed always drops IMMEDIATELY to 0 and stays there.

I solved this once by closing my software firewall, now even when it isn't on it doesn't work. I am also suspecting that some of my tcp/ip programs are operating with decreased reliability.

What the heck caused this? I'm running XP ProSP2, should I reinstall windows? Argh..

Got the video to download.

Is this uploading to a dedicated server, personal server, or what? Is the server one you setup yourself? I had a similar problem, but it wasn't so instant...

Do you have Norton Antivirus 2005 installed? There is a 'feature' (if you want to call it that) called Internet Worm Protection. Basically, it cuts off the program sending/receiving data if it's not in that list. Doesn't always flag everything, but sometimes it does. I had to, for instance, permit counter-strike/HL2 to work on the Internet. I also had to do this with a few other programs.

Definitely looks like a firewall/protection issue.

This happens with all FTP servers. It also seems to make it difficult to upload through IE (having to click submit and send multiple times until it succeeds). I uninstalled kerio and am rebooting shortly.
