I solved my problem by getting a account with no-ip.com
works great now
I have a D-Link DI-704 4 port router on RoadRunner Cable
Installed GuildFTP 0.995
Set Static IP for FTP system
I have set port 20 & 21 to foward to my IP in the router Virtural server
Disabled DHCP in the router
NO ONE outside my local network can access my FTP any computer on my network can access the FTP with no problem anyone outside just wont connect
What do I need to do here
