FTP/mail problem - one for the experts

I'm on a DSL line and running Windows XP Pro. The last couple of days I have run into some problems:


1. With email I can receive mail OK but can only send very small messages -
anything with attachments or of any significant size gets:

- "TCP/IP connection was unexpectedly terminated by the server" - error
number 0x800ccc0F

- "SMTP server responded with an error" - error number 0x800ccc60

2. With ftp I can download OK but uploads do not work or are very slow.

3. I'm also having problems with some web sites filling in forms.


Sounds familiar?

Any help would be appreciated...

I would contact my ISP, they may have limited your upload ammount or it may be another problem they are having, if not, check back in.
