FTP Hot Folder

I'm trying to find an application for windows xp that will monitor an ftp folder for changes and download anything new that shows up.

I've found a few applications that does the reverse effect.. monitoring a local folder and uploading. but I'm looking for the opposite.

any recommendations?
 
Do you want a program that's always running as a service on your computer? Do you want a program that you can schedule to look for changes every 5... 10... 15 minutes?
